Description
Mod Op is looking for a Digital Project Manager in our Panama office. This position requires advanced written and verbal English. Interested applicants should submit their CV in English.

OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to facilitate development, delivery, and maintenance of interactive projects. Our Digital Project Managers are both leaders and integrators working closely with various teams: Strategy, User Experience, Creative, Technical and Quality Assurance. This role is also very client facing - must be able to work with senior executives and guide client teams while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Communication, creative thinking, organization, planning, and risk management are key fundamentals of this position. Timeline/project planning, budgeting, and adhering to digital production processes and company policy round out the 'nuts-and-bolts' of this position. Candidate must have experience working across different teams and have the ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage production of big (and small) web and mobile projects, such as websites, microsites, online games, banners, rich media banners, web applications, mobile applications and social media assets.
Liaison with on-site as well as remote technical, creative, and client teams.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and department leads to define project objectives, gather requirements, plan resources, manage cost-time-scope constraints, determine dependencies, define deliverables, and delivery dates.
Coordinate development and delivery of all project deliverables.
Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
Coordinate troubleshooting of organizational or technical problems.
Collaborate closely with senior partners and across operational groups.
Keep current with the latest trends in the digital space including social media and emerging technologies.
Manage cross-department communications and expectations.
Proactively conduct risk assessment analysis and on-going contingency planning.
Prepare proposals, statement of work documents, post-mortem reports and progress reports on a regular and as-needed basis.
Employ standard project management tools and processes. Prior experience working with InVision, Smartsheet, 10,000FT, Confluence and JIRA helpful but not required.
Lead meetings, ensure they meet the stated objectives, and stay on agenda.
Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor level degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Programming or similar field
2-4 years of experience in Project Management or similar work experience
A strong command of the English language
Experience maintaining client relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills with client and internal teams
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and/or partners
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to think critically and conceptually about web design
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
A sense of humor and perspective

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or interactive web experience
Experience using Content Management tools a plus
Experience with the agile approach to development a plus
