SE SOLICITA AYUDANTE DE CAMIONCON EXPERIENCIA EN DESPACHO DE MERCANCIA SECA (CAMION DE REPARTO)
DE PREFERENCIA QUE HAYAN TRABAJADO EN LUGARES COMO DICARINA, HARINAS DEL ITSMO, CEMENTO PANAMÁ, Y CON REFERNCIAS CONFIRMADAS.
CON LAS SIGUIENTES CARACTERISTICAS:
Requisitos y Experiencia
• Educación: Primer ciclo completo (bachillerato preferible).
• Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año en tareas de bodega, estiba de carga o ayudante de camión.
• Condición Física: Excelente salud y fuerza física (capacidad para levantar y mover pesos).
• Serio y Responsable
• Comprometido Con el Trabajo
• Ágil y Rápido (Con capacidad de resistencia física)
• Saber carretillar y estibar
• Carnet blanco y verde VIGENTE

Competencias Técnicas y Conocimientos
• Técnicas de Carga: Conocimiento básico sobre cómo estibar mercancía para evitar daños (no poner lo pesado sobre lo frágil).
• Uso de Equipos: Manejo de carretillas (hand trucks), estibadores manuales (pallet jacks) y uso de cinchas para asegurar carga.
• Geografía Básica: Ubicación de las principales zonas comerciales de Panamá (Transístmica, Vía Tocumen, Costa del Este, etc.).
• Documentación: Capacidad para leer facturas, verificar códigos de producto y cantidades.
Habilidades Blandas (Ampliadas), Trabajo en Equipo (Sinergia con el Chofer), Atención al Detalle, Disciplina y Respeto a las Normas, Proactividad, Cortesía y Buena Presencia, Actitud de Servicio, Integridad y Honestidad, Adaptabilidad a la Jerarquía y Normas.
