We are a 1.5 billion dollar sales organization looking for a motivated, aggesive sales professional to join our logistics team.

We are seeking a Sales Representative who can develop new business and build long-term relationships with customers across international freight forwarding and logistics.

What You Will Do
• Prospect and develop new customers
• Identify companies with international shipping and logistics needs
• Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
• Sell ocean, air, trucking, warehousing, and logistics solutions
• Follow up consistently and close new business
• Manage and grow your customer base
• Work closely with operations to insure excellent customer service
• Meet monthly sales and gross-profit goals and objectives

What we are looking for
• Proven B2B experience
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiating abilities
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers at any level of the organization
• Organized, persistent and comfortable working independently
• Existing customer relationships in logistics or international trade are a major plus
