ABOUT YOU
You're a UX/UI designer with a solid experience in creating interfaces for digital experiences across a range of devices. You have a clear understanding of how to map out a frictionless user journey and communicate that visually, to share that vision with both client and internal teams. You are skilled at identifying usability pain points and finding new pathways to facilitate improved conversion and engagement rates. You’ve worked and collaborated closely with a mixed team of designers and developers on a range of projects within an agency or software development environment. You are comfortable presenting to clients and are able to communicate clearly and effectively. You're constantly learning, growing your skills and evaluating new tools to be incorporated into your workflow.
WHAT WE NEED
• You’re located in Panama City, Panama. We want you to cohabitate with us in a productive, respectful and non-prison manner. At least 4 years of experience executing UX/UI projects.
Requirements
WHAT YOU KNOW
Experience creating high-fidelity wireframes, showing exactly how each page or screen in the experience will lay out.
Experience creating clickable prototypes, providing an interactive journey of the mockups that allows users to move through the experience and see how it will behave.
Ability to thing modularly, developing or utilizing a library of reusable components that facilitate rapid prototyping.
Experience creating living style-guides for reference to be utilized by design and development teams.
Ability to perform critical evaluations of existing digital experiences and identify ways they can be optimized to improve conversion, lead-generation, user retention and engagement.
Solid understanding of interface design and prototyping tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Sketch, Figma InVision.
Experience building out sitemaps and user journey documents, along with the ability to be closely involved in site architecture.
Have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to work in the creative execution of digital experiences.
