Job Purpose: Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Life Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Student Life Organization (SLO) at the school. This role is key in empowering and motivating students to improve the school culture and raise academic standards, contributing to their balanced and comprehensive development into responsible, world-class citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Student Life Organization: Manage all activities and departments within the SLO.
Recruit and Build the SLO Team: Recruit, build, and maintain the SLO team, ensuring effective coordination and cooperation across departments.
Motivate and Inspire Students: Encourage students to join and actively participate in the SLO, improving the school community and culture.
Plan and Promote Activities: Proactively plan the academic year and promote SLO achievements, events, and activities.
Train and Guide Prefects: Provide training for student leaders (prefects) and support their development of academic, managerial, and leadership skills.
Ideal Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English.
3+ years of relevant experience (experience in the client’s network is preferable).
